  8. SPEECOMAJU does not and cannot guarantee or offer any warranty on the credentials of any prospective Employer downloading the information and using it to contact the prospective Jobseeker.

  1. Every Jobseeker shall ensure and certify that the information/data supplied to SPEECOMAJU is accurate and correct.

  2. Every Jobseeker must give a reasonable time to SPEECOMAJU for Resume development.

  3. Every Jobseeker must respond to the queries raised by SPEECOMAJU within 7 working days of each query failing which, SPEECOMAJU shall stand absolved of its obligation, if any.

  4. This service once subscribed to by the Jobseeker is not refundable and any amount paid shall stand appropriated.

  5. Liabilities of SPEECOMAJU, if any, shall be limited to the extent of the fees sums prepaid by the Jobseeker.

  6. The Courts at Kuala Lumpur alone shall be the sole and exclusive jurisdiction in case of any dispute.

  7. SPEECOMAJU should not be held liable for loss of any data technical or otherwise, information, particulars supplied by Clients due to reasons beyond its control like corruption of data or delay or failure to perform as a result of any causes or conditions that are beyond reasonable control of SPEECOMAJU, including but not limited to strikes, riots, civil unrest, Govt. policies, tampering of data by unauthorized persons like hackers, war and natural calamities.

Any Client not willing utilize this facility shall specifically inform SPEECOMAJU in writing accordingly at the time of intimating of the vacancy.

  13. SPEECOMAJU shall reserve the right to change the design, prominence, depiction, and nomenclature of the Hot Employers,Job Mart, Hot Jobs and in the Classified sections of speecomjobs.com at any time without assigning any reason and without giving any notice.

  14. The Employer /Recruiter/ Subscriber to this service shall be entitled to one listing on the web site only.

  15. This service cannot be resold or transferred by the subscriber to any other person, corporate body, firm or individual.

  16. Only one office of any one Company / firm will be entitled to use this service.

  17. In case other offices of the same company/ firm intend to use this service, then extra charges would become applicable. Please make request for such rates.

  18. The contact information given by the Employer /Recruiter/ Subscriber to this service should be the same. No alternates are allowed.

  19. Only insertions with contact information registered with SPEECOMAJU shall be displayed on the site.

  20. This service entitles one Company/Firm alone to put up a Micro Site within the domain of speecomjobs.com having a maximum size of 10 K during the validity period of subscription.

  21. It is made clear that the subscriber being one Company/Business entity cannot transfer/sell/sublet this Micro Site or any part thereof to any third party.

  22. The Courts at Kuala Lumpur alone shall be the sole and exclusive jurisdiction in case of any dispute.

MANUAL SHORTLISTING Go Top
  1. This service is available to registered Subscribers only. This service shall be valid for the duration and the number of vacancies contracted for and shall be performed to the best ability of SPEECOMAJU.

  2. SPEECOMAJU shall receive, open, read and sort all resumes received in response to subscribed services bought and paid for by the Subscriber.

  3. Sorting so conducted shall be within short-listing parameters predetermined by the Subscriber.

  4. SPEECOMAJU should not be held liable for loss of any data technical or otherwise, information, particulars supplied by Clients due to reasons beyond its control like corruption of data or delay or failure to perform as a result of any causes or conditions that are beyond reasonable control of SPEECOMAJU, including but not limited to strikes, riots, civil unrest, Govt. policies, tampering of data by unauthorized persons like hackers, war and natural calamities.

  5. It is made clear that the subscriber being one Company/Business entity cannot transfer/sell/sublet this Micro Site or any part thereof to any third party.

  6. The Courts at Kuala Lumpur alone shall be the sole and exclusive jurisdiction in case of any dispute.

DISPLAY OF BANNERS Go Top
  1. This service is available to registered Subscribers only. This Service shall be valid for the duration and or number of impressions contracted for and shall be performed to best ability of SPEECOMAJU.

  2. Display of Banners on the home page of SPEECOMAJU shall be on a rotation basis, wherein banners from different Subscribers are displayed in a sequential manner.

  3. SPEECOMAJU shall reserve the right to select the exact location for the display of any Banner, at any point of time, in those cases where Subscribers have subscribed for Special Offers or Discounted Rates- during the period of the contract.

  4. SPEECOMAJU reserves its right to reject any insertion or information provided by the consumer without assigning any reason. In such cases –charges paid to date shall be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

  5. SPEECOMAJU reserves the right to edit or modify such insertions to ensure conformity to database requirements.

  6. The Employer /Recruiter/Subscriber is allowed to use only one email address to collect responses for listings posted in this section.

  7. SPEECOMAJU may at its sole discretion publicize vacancies displayed in this section via various media alliances in other print vehicles at no additional costs to the client. Any Client not willing utilize this facility shall specifically inform SPEECOMAJU in writing accordingly at the time of intimating of the vacancy.

  8. SPEECOMAJU does not and cannot guarantee or offer warranties that there would be a satisfactory response or any response once the Banner is displayed on the web site.

  9. SPEECOMAJU does not and cannot guarantee or offer any warranty on the credentials of any prospective Jobseeker downloading the information and using it to contact the prospective Employer.

  10. It remains the sole prerogative and responsibility of the Employer /Recruiter/Subscriber [at his own costs] to reconfirm authenticity of all or any response received pursuant to the Banner being displayed on the web site before calling any Jobseeker for interview or making any offer of employment. SPEECOMAJU does not accept any responsibility in respect thereof.

  11. SPEECOMAJU should not be held liable for loss of any data technical or otherwise, information, particulars supplied by Clients due to reasons beyond its control like corruption of data or delay or failure to perform as a result of any causes or conditions that are beyond reasonable control of SPEECOMAJU, including but not limited to strikes, riots, civil unrest, Govt. policies, tampering of data by unauthorized persons like hackers, war and natural calamities.

  1. This service is available to registered Subscribers only. This Service shall be valid for the duration of the period contracted for and shall be performed to best ability of SPEECOMAJU.

  2. SPEECOMAJU shall reserve the right to amend, suspend or terminate this service without assigning any reason whatsoever. In this case, registered Subscribers shall receive refunds for payments already made, on a prorated basis.

  3. SPEECOMAJU does not offer any guarantee or make any offer that Subscribers will receive responses to vacancies put on display on the web site speecomjobs.com.

  4. SPEECOMAJU does not and cannot guarantee or offer any warranty on the credentials of any prospective Jobseeker downloading the information and using it to contact the prospective Employer.

  5.   7. The Employer /Recruiter/ Subscriber must provide written undertaking to SPEECOMAJU that each vacancy being advertised on the Hot Employers,Job Mart, Hot Jobs and in the Classified sections of speecomjobs.com do really exist, are genuine and that he is authorized to list them.

  8. The Employer /Recruiter/ Subscriber must provide written undertaking to SPEECOMAJU that no fees or charges would be charged to any Jobseeker who responds to jobs advertised on the Hot Employers,Job Mart, Hot Jobs and in the Classified sections of speecomjobs.com.

  9. SPEECOMAJU shall reserve the right to change the design, prominence, depiction, and nomenclature of the Hot Employers, Job Mart, Hot Jobs and in the Classified sections of speecomjobs.com at any time without assigning any reason and without giving any notice.

  10. This service shall entitle only the registered Subscriber to store data not exceeding 10 MB on the server of speecomjobs.com during the validity period of subscription.

  11. It is made clear that the subscriber being one Company/Business entity shall not and cannot transfer/sell/sublet the access to the data/usage thereof or any part thereof to any third party or to its Associates.

  12. The Subscriber shall be assigned a password to access all information sorted by SPEECOMAJU.

  13. It shall remain the sole responsibility of Subscriber for the safe custody of the password.

  14. SPEECOMAJU cannot be held responsible for any damage or leak of information to any third party arising out of misuse of the password.

  15. SPEECOMAJU shall ,at its own end ,undertake all reasonable precautions to ensure that there is no leakage/misuse of the password granted to the subscriber.

  16. The Courts at Kuala Lumpur alone shall be the sole and exclusive jurisdiction in case of any dispute.
